Full-color digital files of all illustrations in the book can be readily incorporated into lecture presentations, exams, or custom-made classroom materials.

Animations

Active Art consists of illustrations that have been converted to a format that allows the artwork to be edited inside Microsoft Power- Point. PowerPoint Lecture Outlines
Ready-made presentations that combine art and lecture notes are provided for each of the chapters in the text. These outlines can be used as they are or can be tailored to reflect your preferred lecture topics and sequences.

PowerPoint Image Slides
For instructors who prefer to create individualized lectures, illustrations, photos, and tables are preinserted by chapter into PowerPoint slides for convenience.

Instructor’s Testing and Resource CD-ROM
This cross-platform CD-ROM contains the Instructor’s Manual and Test Bank, available in both Word and PDF formats. The Instructor’s Manual contains learning objectives, chapter outlines, student activities, key terms and phrases, and classroom discussion topics. The Test Bank provides questions that can be used for homework assignments or the preparation of exams. The computerized Test Bank allows the user to quickly create customized exams. This user-friendly program allows you to search for questions by topic or format; edit existing questions or add new ones; and scramble questions and answer keys for multiple versions of the same test.

Transparencies
A set of 450 full-color acetate transparencies is available to supplement classroom lectures. These transparencies include key figures from the textbook for classroom projection, and they are available to adopters of the Sixth Edition.

eInstruction
McGraw-Hill has partnered with eInstruction to bring the revolutionary Classroom Performance System (CPS) to the classroom. An instructor using this interactive system can administer questions electronically during class while students respond via handheld remote control keypads. Individual responses are logged into a grade book, and aggregated responses can be displayed in graphical form to provide immediate feedback on whether students understand a lecture topic or if more clarification is needed. CPS promotes student participation, class productivity, and individual student accountability.
