Chapter 7

Work with three different forms of writing linear equations:
  • slope-intercept form (y = mx + b),
  • general form (Ax + By + C = 0), and
  • slope-point form [yy1 = m(xx1)].
Use the information that can be easily obtained from each form to graph linear equations. Convert linear equations among the three forms presented and write the equation of a line given a graph.
