Too Much Stress?

Do you work hard? Does your body feel weak? You might be too tired, too busy, too cold, or too hot. If you're feeling too much stress at work, don't worry. There are things you can do to feel better. Read the sentences below. Match the sentences that go together and are about the same problem.

Always get enough sleep on weeknights and on weekends.

Make sure you drink enough water every day.

Don't eat too much junk food at work.

If your chair is too uncomfortable to sit in, bring a pillow or two to work.
