Technology plug-ins
The plug-ins provide additional learning material covering essential business applications, such as
Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Access®, Dreamweaver®, and Microsoft Project®. Each plug-in uses hands-on tutorials for comprehension and mastery. Each plug-in is integrated with the core chapters of the text and follows the pedagogy of the main text. The plug-ins can be accessed via the OLC.

PowerPoint® slides
A set of PowerPoint® slides, created by the authors, accompanies each chapter and features bulleted items that provide a lecture outline, key figures and tables from the text and detailed teaching notes on each slide.

Video content
21 videos accompany this text and cover topics from entrepreneurship to disaster recovery. Video content icons are placed throughout the text highlighting where the authors’ recommend watching the videos to enhance comprehension and knowledge.

This computerised package allows instructors to custom design, save and generate tests. The test program permits instructors to edit, add or delete questions from the test banks; analyse test results and organise a database of tests and student results. In addition to the traditional test bank material, a new Excel and Access questions set of will be available for testing purposes.

Instructor manual
This document provides detailed teaching notes that you can use to customise your lectures. In it you will find lecture points, classroom activities and links to videos. Each topic in the text is represented by a hyperlink. Simply choose the activities you are covering in your course and click on the link. You could also re-order based on your lecture and easily print your detailed lecture notes straight from the document.

Digital image library
Text, figures and tables, as permission allows, are provided in a suitable format for use in creating PowerPoint® presentations for lectures, or in other teaching materials.

Business driven teaching notes
The business driven teaching notes provide a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet containing over 150 additional classroom activities, discussion questions and video clips. You can also turn any of the classroom activities into additional assignments and use the discussion questions for your online courses. You can use the business driven teaching notes to customise your lectures. Each topic in the text is represented by a tab in the workbook. Simply choose the activities you wish to use, reorder based on your lecture and hide any you do not want. Then you can easily print your detailed lecture notes straight from the worksheet.
