Why the currency of standards matters to your students

Q: Will any of your students be moving into an auditing or assurance career?
Q: Will any of your students be undertaking the CA program on/after Session 1 2010?
Q: Will any of your students be undertaking the CPA program on/after Session 1 2010?

If so, make sure you provide them with an up to date text book. 
For audits or assurance starting on or after 1 January 2010, these audits or assurance engagements must be undertaken in accordance with the revised clarity standards.
In addition, for any training after 1 January 2010, both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and CPA Australia will be undertaking their training in accordance with the revised clarity standards.
