Exercise 18: Vertebrate Musculoskeletal Systems
Exercise 18 is an interactive study of the vertebrate skeletal and muscular systems. It begins with a study of bone and cartilage histology. This study is followed by a set of observations that investigate evolutionary changes in the vertebrate skeleton. Studies of muscle histology, muscle physiology, and muscle-bone interactions conclude the exercise.
