About the Authors



Mirza S Saiyadain, PhD (Kansas, USA), MA (Hawaii, USA), is currently Professor at Fortune Institute of International Business, New Delhi. Prof Saiyadain has twenty-five years of teaching experience in the general area of Human Resources Management at University of Mansas (USA), International Management Institute, New Delhi (India), Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (India), Lagos University (Nigeria) McGill University (Canada), University Sains Malaysia (Malaysia). He has written a number of case studies on corporate problems and issues and experiences of different nations in family planning.

Prof Saiyadain has more than ten years of experience of academic administration and institution building. He has been Chairman, MBA Programme; Chairman PhD Programme in Management; Chairman, Admissions and Financial Aid Committee; and Warden of students activities at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

Organized and taught in Executive Development Programmes/training programmes in such countries as Nigeria, Malaysia, Jordan, Syria, Nepal and Maldives. Most of these programmes have been in the field of management in general and human resources management in particular.

Been a consultant to UNESCO, UNFPA, Arab State Broadcasting Union, Asia Pacific Institute of Broadcasting, Malaysia, Tribhuwan University, Nepal and many public and private sector organizations including multinational in India and abroad.

Published 15 books and 35 articles in leading journals of management.
