The term User Equipment (UE) and Mobile Station (MS) has been used interchangeably in this book.

As the difference between the terms Interface and Reference Points are not clarified by 3GPP specifications, these two terms are deemed to be equivalent.

The terms Call Control (CC) and Call Handling (CH) are deemed to be equivalent.
