Dr B V Kumar has an M Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Ph D from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has more than 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology industry. Dr Kumar, currently Principal Architect of Infosys, is responsible for the new technology initiatives of the E-Commerce Research Labs. His responsibilities include developing proof of concept, prototype development, grooming of enterprise architects and consulting. He has designed and developed many courses on Enterprise Architecture at E&R Infosys.

Dr Kumar has worked in organizations such as Computervision Corporation Singapore, Parametric Technology Corporation, Seoul, South Korea, and Sun Microsystems, India. He has been working in the area of Enterprise Technologies for over five years, focusing on Sun Technologies.

Mr S V Subrahmanya has an M Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a B E degree from Bangalore University, Bangalore. He has an experience of over 17 years in the Information Technology industry and academics. Mr Subramanya is currently the Associate Vice President of Infosys. Popularly known as SVS, he was also instrumental in setting up the E-Commerce Research Labs and Infosys Performance Testing Center at Infosys.

Mr Subrahmanya has expertise in the mainframe systems, particularly on IBM systems. For his contribution to Y2K initiatives, E-Business and other technology initiatives, he has been recognized three times by being the recipient of the Chairman’s Excellence Award, Infosys.
