V. B. Bhandari retired as Professor & Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune. He obtained his B.E. and M.E. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. His teaching experience spans more than 25 years spread over the government engineering colleges at Pune, Karad and Aurangabad. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India).
