About the Authors

Krishna K Havaldar obtained his BE (Electrical) from Pune Engineering College and PGDBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has been a professor of marketing for over 10 years and has an industry experience of over 30 years. He has written a textbook on Industrial Marketing, published by Tata McGraw-Hill.

Vasant M Cavale obtained his BE (Mechanical) from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and PGDBM from IIM, Ahmedabad. Presently a management consultant and a corporate trainer, he has about 30 years of industry experience as senior manager. His areas of interest include sales management, distribution, marketing and supply chain management.
