attitudes  The cluster of beliefs, assessedfeelings, and behavioural intentionstoward an object.
cognitive dissonance  Occurs whenpeople perceive an inconsistency betweentheir beliefs, feelings, and behaviour.
exit-voice-loyalty-neglect (EVLN) model  The four ways, as indicated inthe name, employees respond to jobdissatisfaction.
organizational (affective) commitment  The employee's emotional attachment to, identification with, and involvement in a particular organization.
psychological contract  The individual's beliefs about the terms and conditions of a reciprocal exchange agreement between that person and another party.
trust  A psychological state comprising the intention to accept vulnerability based upon positive expectations of the intent or behaviour of another person.
