Supplements- The Online Learning Centre offers a wealth of resources for students and instructors. Students benefit from self-quizzes, Internet exercises, an online glossary, resume and cover letter templates, and CBC video clips, among other features. The Centre also provides instructors with the opportunity to download the complete Instructor’s Manual and PowerPoint presentations to accompany the text. - CBC Video Cases, available at the Online Learning Centre, include seven segments from the CBC’s renowned business affairs program Venture, and from Undercurrents, its cutting-edge media show. These clips illustrate real-life issues in Canadian business, focusing on skills such as office etiquette and teamwork. Each clip is accompanied by questions a series of questions designed to spark discussion or prompt written assignments. Suggested answers to these questions are provided to instructors only.
- An Instructor’s Resource Manual with sample syllabi, an overview of each module, suggested lecture topics, in-class exercises and examples, discussion and quiz questions, and solutions to problems is available for download at the Online Learning Centre.
- The Computerized Test Bank (0-07-088062-x) is a Windows-based supplement that contains hundreds of questions and answers. The flexible Brownstone format allows instructors to select, edit, and/or write their own questions, print exams, administer network-based tests, collect grades, compile curve averages, generate reports, generate a complete printed Test Bank, and more.
