War-Time Propaganda and Persuasion

Take a look at American posters from World War II designed to influence audience opinion about the war at www.nara.gov/exhall/powers/powers.html. What persuasive techniques are being used? Are they effective? Are stereotypes present? Are they offensive? Would such messages work today as persuasion? Why or why not? Report your findings in a 1- to 2-page memo to your instructor.
