E-Learning Session- How can I encourage the employer to pay attention to my résumé? Your knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, and values.
- Your résumé can be screen in two ways:
- By a human being.
- By electronic scanning.
- Take steps to increase the chances a human being will read your résumé.

- What kind of résumé should I use? Choose the kind that makes you look best.
- Two basic kinds of résumés exist:
- Know when to use each type of résumé.

- If you use a second page, make sure it has at least 10 to 12 lines of information.
