Each chapter begins with Chapter Highlights followed by discussion of key concepts and examples to illustrate them. A fill-in-the-blank test help reinforce the key concepts. Each chapter closes with a number of problems with worked-out solutions.

  • Financial Analysis Spreadsheet Templates (FAST) prepared by Larry Bauer, Memorial University, packaged free with every new copy of the book, are tied to specific problems in the text and help students gain experience working with spreadsheets (Excel) to solve financial problems.

  • Self-Study Software CD-ROM prepared by Sanjay Banerji, McGill University, packaged free with every new copy of the book! This CD-ROM for students contains many features to help students learn corporate finance. With the self-study program, students can test their knowledge on one chapter or a number of chapters by answering questions written specifically for this text. There are at least 100 questions per chapter.
