Mind the Gap
In just ten years this eco-tourism company has grown from a two-person operation to a multi-million dollar business. Until now the owner, Bruce Poon Tip, has operated it like a family business with everyone doing a little bit of everything. The trouble is the competition is getting fierce. So Bruce brings in a hired gun to turn the place around. What happens in an office of crunchy granola types when the boss brings in a tough new marketing man and the market for their tours suddenly gets a whole lot more difficult?
