The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) structures industrial sectors into their component industries. The NAICS can be accessed at http://www.statcan.ca/english/Subjects/Standard . A person only has to click NAICS codes to obtain industry breakdowns. You have been hired by a large industrial firm as a market analyst. Your first assignment is to identify the kinds of companies and services that fall into the Utilities Sector (code 22) and make a presentation to senior management. Your immediate supervisor advises you that senior management would be interested in the following information:
