MHR offers a unique eServices package designed for Canadian faculty. Several exciting new services have been added for 2002. Our mission is to equip all providers of higher education with superior tools and resources required for excellence in teaching.

• eCourse in-a-box — A ready-to-go website that contains McGraw-Hill content specific to an MHR book for WebCT, Blackboard and PageOut.

• eCourse Instructional Design Support — An online instructional design helpdesk for WebCT, Blackboard and PageOut.

• eCourse Technical Support — Technical support for WebCT, Blackboard and PageOut.

• eCourse Training — A qualified trainer is provided for a full day hands-on training session on how to use WebCT, Blackboard or PageOut. (on-site )

• Teaching Excellence Seminar* — Faculty will learn teaching principles and methods from award winning teachers. (on-site )

• Educational Technology Conference Series — Educational and motivational events designed to inform faculty of best case practices related to technology integration and exemplary teaching.

• Custom eCourse — A qualified instructional designer will help faculty build a course in WebCT, Blackboard or PageOut.

• Course Redesign Seminar* — Faculty will be introduced to the many new possibilities being introduced by computer technology and prompted to consider how technology can help in their pursuit to implement the most effective teaching strategies. (on site)

• Learning Object Integration Seminar* — Faculty will learn how to use the MERLOT ( Learning Object Repository ) site to access internet based educational applications on the fly and integrate into them into a course website. (on-site)
