b. Using the information in ‘Telecommunications’, find telephone toll minutes in Canada (expressed as an adjusted annual average) in 1997 and 1998.
c. Is the relationship in these two years between the price of long distance calls and the quantity of telephone toll minutes consumed in Canada the one you would expect? Why or why not?
