Check out the rules for forming sole proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations in different provinces across Canada. Are the regulations very different across provinces?

See if you can find the results of arecent comprehensive survey of CEO compensation. How much was the highest overall compensation for 2003? How much was the highest compensation in terms of stock options for 2003? If you are unable to get the numbers for 2003, see if you can get them for the last reported year.
