Bill Clegg is a financial consultant for Paine Webber Financial Services. He must recommend to one of his clients whether to purchase stock in Johnson and Johnson, Inc. (a pharmaceutical company) or Pepsico (the parent company of Pepsi and Frito Lay). He checks the Internet for each and finds that 23 brokers have evaluated each stock. Brokers rate a stock a "1" if it is a strong buy and a "5" if it is a strong sell.

Go to the following website: http://quote.yahoo.com . To the left of "Get Quotes" type the two stock symbols, which are JNJ and PEP, then click on Get Quote.

Finally, in the column headed "More Info" click on Research. What level is the data? Compare the results. Which stock would you recommend?
