Dr. William Stevenson is an associate professor of Decision Sciences in the College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in production/operations management, management science, quality concepts, and quality applications. Dr. Stevenson is the author of textbooks in management science, statistics, and production/operations management. His articles have appeared in Management Science, Decision Sciences, and Quality Progress. He also serves as a consultant to the New York State Regents External Degree program. Dr. Stevenson received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in production/operations management, from Syracuse University.

Dr. Mehran Hojatiis an associate professor of management science in the College of Commerce at University of Saskatchewan. He teaches operations management and purchasing and supply management. He has taught and prepared teaching materials for the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. His articles have appeared in International Journal of Production Economics, Production & Inventory Management Journal, and others. His research interests are in applications of operations research techniques in management. Dr. Hojati received a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in operational research from London School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in management science from University of British Columbia.
