This is a Windows spreadsheet program that features a short caselet problem for each chapter, and is designed to stimulate a problem-solving approach to marketing strategy. As compatibility issues with the Windows Vista Operating System have been reported, please be sure to follow the installation directions below carefully. After downloading the installation program (setup.exe), double-click its icon within Windows Explorer or My Computer and follow the on-screen instructions.
