Pancakes

beat two eggs in a bowl, then mix them with three cups of flour and 1/4 cup of oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of Baking Soda to the batter. Heating a frying pan on the stove. Wait until is very hot, pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the frying pan for each pancake. Wait until see on the top of the pancakes. Then turn it over. Cook until they brown on both sides. Then take out of the pan. serve the Pancakes with butter and syrup.
