There are different ideas about what you should eat. There are also many ideas about what you should not eat. For example, Muslims don't eat any pork because of their religion. Many Jews don't eat any pork either. Some Christians don't eat meat on Fridays. Other Christians don't drink any wine or coffee. Many Buddhists never eat any meat or eggs at all. They eat a lot of rice, beans, fruit, and nuts instead. Most Hindus also don't eat meat because they are vegetarians.
