Additional Lab Activities- For each of the seven dimensions of wellness, list 5 lifestyle activities
or habits that you could do to improve or grow in that dimension.
- Keep a journal, with a page designated for each of the seven dimensions
of wellness. For one week, record the PERSONAL habits/choices you have made
to enhance your growth in each dimension. Remember to include acts of omission
as well as acts of commission (e.g., "I didn't use any tobacco
products today"-physical; "I read Bible scriptures for
15 minutes"-spiritual).
- For one week, keep a list of societal norms that you observe that either
ENHANCE or DISCOURAGE wellness living.
