HealthQuest ActivitiesIn each of the 9 lifestyle areas in the Table of Contents (Nutrition &
Weight Control, Other Drugs, Stress Management & Mental Health, Fitness,
Cardiovascular Health, Tobacco, Cancer, Communicable Diseases, Alcohol) click
on "Introduction," than "Wellness Activities," then "Stage
of Change Module." Click on "Assess Yourself" and go through
the assessment. - For EACH of the nine lifestyle areas, list the stage of change you are currently
in.
- For EACH of the nine lifestyle areas, click on the stage you are in and
read about that particular stage. Then list the behavior tips that you could
utilize to move to the next stage (or maintain, if you are in maintenance).
