    2. Assess yourself in all of the areas that you can using the personal fitness information obtained in class.
    3. List your strongest fitness areas and your weakest.
    4. After listening to the feedback section, discuss a plan of action to strengthen your fitness scores.

    2. Click on "Key Articles." Select an article to read; summarize.
  3. Click on "Topics," then:
    1. Click on "Pump Up/Stretch Out," read then "Stretching techniques;" try each of the stretches listed.
