- List your strongest fitness areas and your weakest.
- After listening to the feedback section, discuss a plan of action to strengthen
your fitness scores.

- Click on "Key Articles." Select an article to read; summarize.
- Click on "Topics," then:
- Click on "Pump Up/Stretch Out," read then "Stretching
techniques;" try each of the stretches listed.
