Chapter Objectives

Have a greater understanding for the eight aerobic exercise activities founding this chapter. You will discover each one to be an excellent method for developing cardiorespiratory endurance (CRE). The eight activities include: Aerobic Dance, Bicycling, Fitness Swimming, Jogging, Fitness Walking, Water Exercise/Aqua Aerobics, Indoor Exercise Equipment, and In-line Skating.

Pursue a lifetime of aerobic activity by selecting one of the eight exercise activities and by following the guidelines established for that particular activity.
