At http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Forum/1650/htmlobtoc02.html is a class site for organizational behavior at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Even though this is an organizational behavior website, it contains a great section on groups, including groupthink and group cohesion, as well as conflict. There is also a meeting evaluation form addressing the effectiveness of the team.
