Value facts  Values described scientifically.
Perception  Awareness of something stimulating our sense organs.
Objectivist theory of value  Value is in the object or event itself independently of any subject or interest.
Intrinsic value  The value of an activity or object involving the immediacy of feeling.
Extrinsic value  The means to intrinsic values or to further, higher values.
Ethics  The inquiry into the presuppositions or principles operative in our moral judgments. Ethics is a branch of philosophy.
