The Online Learning Center offers:

-Objectives for each chapter. These provide students with a set of goals to direct their reading and study in the chapter. An ideal checklist for faculty, as well.

-Auto-Graded Quizzes for student-driven tutorials or online testing. For self-testing or submitting to the instructor, this graded, multiple-choice quiz ensures a close reading of the text. Click on the correct answers and submit to our site for grading. By filling in the bottom of the quiz, students can send their results to their Instructor's email account - a great way to make sure students are reading the text.

-Discussion questions. An excellent source for essay topics, independent projects, and classroom discussion.

-Glossary Terms. A list of each glossary term introduced in chapter. For easy review of important vocabulary and ready reference to key concepts.

-Supplementary web-links for further research. These resources are ideal for researching performers, playwrights, works, periods, and movements. Additionally, the Online Learning Center provides information on how students can get involved in the theater, including how to apply for awards, grants, and internships.

-The complete Instructor's Manual. Test questions, a chapter-by-chapter guide to teaching the text, suggestions for supplementary material - scripts, books, and essays.
