Choose one of the topics under either Principles or Issues, such as "Create walkable neighborhoods." Summarize the issue, in your own words, and look at the case studies to find a positive example of how this problem can be addressed. Could these solutions work in your city or neighborhood? Why, or why not? What special characteristics might have contributed to successful implementation of smart growth principles in the example you've studied?
