Internet Applied Exercise Chapter 8

The objective of this exercise is to observe how many brokers are ready to facilitate like-kind exchanges. Depending on the type of property you have to give way in the exchange, it may take a while to find the right property you want to receive, and to structure the deal to achieve the desired tax consequences.

Search the web for specialists in like-kind exchanges. Try any of your favorite search engines and various key words. Look at their web sites and record the web page addresses for at least 3 different specialists or articles written by them. These specialists may include real estate agents, attorneys, and accountants.
