Last August I ordered a chair from your company, the salesperson say to me "two months it will arrive." I have been wait for four months and no chair is coming. I called your office and spoke to the sales manager. The sales manager told to me wait until November. I waited until November but no chair. I called the sales manager again but the sales manager was on vacation. I left a message for Ms. Ross, the assistant sales manager but Ms. Ross did not call me. Now it is one more month. I am very frustrating. Please return my money. I would like to canceling my order.
