___1___   In Mexico, every family celebrates Christmas with a big dinner on Christmas Eve.

  Chocolate is also made from cacao, so some people call this dish chocolate chicken!

  Some people have turkey.

  The special foods that people make for the Christmas Eve feast are different from family to family.

  This dinner takes place after everyone comes home from church on the night before Christmas, so people eat very late.

  Others eat more traditional Mexican foods such as mole, chicken or turkey in a special sauce made with more than thirty ingredients such as cacao.

  It is not unusual for people to eat dinner at midnight or even later.
