Rick Lee has had a difficult year. In March his father lost his job. He couldn't afford to pay for Rick's education, so Rick dropped out of school and got a job. Rick wants to be a biologist, but he started working for a delivery company because he could earn more money. Rick worked hard and saved almost all of his salary. Unfortunately, the company closed down after only four months. Then he got a job as a waiter in a restaurant. The restaurant serves many tourists, and Rick made good tips. Because he only worked at night, he was able to take two classes during the day. The professor in one of his classes heard his story and decided to help him. He found Rick a job in a laboratory in a local hospital. The pay is okay, and the work is interesting. Because he works at night and on the weekends, he is able to take classes at the same time. He also gets university credit for the work that he does. ____________________________________________.
