If you were a business decision maker (manager, vice president, CEO, or other) who wanted substantial change in your corporation management style, would you be more prone to "revolutionary" or "radical" change or "slight" or "incremental" change? Why? Where did you get the idea or inclination that one would be better than the other? Have you ever purchased or used a device, program, or process that was labeled "revolutionary" only to find that the claim was not true? When do we want or see the need for "revolution" (in management or any other part of life)? What words (other than the term "revolution") prepare us to want dramatic change?
