Now we arrive at the requisite frames chapter. We have shown you how to construct and manipulate frames with these examples, but we have also shown you how a series of well crafted tables can take the place of frames in many applications. If you need to learn how to create or maintain frames, we will help, but we urge you to only use frames if you have absolutely no other design options. They are, in the vast majority of cases, a Bad Thing.
