Click on “Fitness” from the main menu.

1. Read the Introduction.
a. Click on “Wellness Activities,” then “How Fit Are You?” Read the Introduction.
b. Assess yourself in all of the areas that you can using the personal fitness information obtained in class.
c. List your strongest fitness areas and your weakest fitness areas.
d. After reading the feedback section, discuss a plan of action to strengthen your fitness scores.
