  • Workbook - Exercises and assignments in the basics - accidents, fires, meetings, speeches, along with current issues such as racial tension, anorexia and bulimia, binge drinking on campus. A city map and city directory are included to help instructors teach accuracy.
  • Textbook - Every chapter opens with a Preview that summarizes the chapter and explains why the material is important. Every chapter contains realistic examples of the principles presented.
