Updating an Opinion Poll
Politicians are most successful when they support and promote legislation which that appears to satisfy the needs of the people they are meant to represent -- the electorate. The way to learn the needs of the people is to ask them. Opinion Polls gather critical bits of information about the demographics and needs of certain segments of the population. It is through shrewd analysis and careful strategy that a legislator can best address the issues that appeal to the greatest portion of the population. As an aid, your task is to develop a poll, carefully choosing questions that will extract the information you need, gather the results, and then carefully analyze the feedback in order to develop an identification, or association, for your candidate, and then to guide you in advising his actions: which types of decisions are most critical to the people, and which will garner most support. Guide your candidate by knowing the electorate. |
