Online Learning Center (OLC) at www.mhhe.com/lingarcher1e. The OLC offers students self-study quizzing and web links, including access to Real Estate Online, a free online resource that allows students to complete challenging exercises and discussion questions that draw on recent articles, company reports, government data and other Web-based resources for topics such as market feasibility and analysis, valuation and appraisal, mortgage financing, investment analysis, ownership and transactions, and leasing and management. For instructors, the OLC provides password protected downloadable access to the supplements (except for the test bank, due to security reasons). It also includes teaching notes for the Real Estate Online web resources. OLCs can be delivered multiple ways – professors and students can access them directly through the textbook website, through PageOut, or within a course management system (i.e. WebCT, Blackboard, TopClass, or eCollege.)
