Modifying and Refining a Presentation

The following concepts will be introduced in this lab:
  1. Find and Replace: To make editing easier, you can use the Find and Replace feature to find text in a presentation and replace it with other text.
  2. Table: A table is used to organize information into an easy-to-read format of horizontal rows and vertical columns.
  3. Alignment: Alignment controls the position of text entries within a space.
  4. Design Template: A design template is a professionally created slide design that is stored as a file and can be applied to your presentation.
  5. Master: A master is a special slide or page that stores information about the formatting for all slides or pages in a presentation.
  6. Special Effects: Special effects such as animation, sound, slide transitions, and builds are used to enhance the onscreen presentation.
