Using Advanced Presentation Features


The following concepts will be introduced in this lab:
  1. Group: A group is two or more objects that are treated as a single object.
  2. Object Alignment: Object alignment refers to the position of objects relative to each other by their left, right, top, or bottom edges; or horizontally by their centers or vertically by their middles; or in relation to the entire slide.
  3. Chart: A chart is a visual representation of numeric data that is used to help an audience grasp the impact of your data more quickly.
  4. Collect and Paste: The collect and paste feature is used to store multiple copied items in the Office Clipboard an then paste one or more of the items into another location or document.
  5. Organization Chart: An organization chart is a map of a group, which usually includes people, but can include any items that have a hierarchical relationship.
