Confidence Interval  A range of values constructed from sample data so the parameter occurs within that range at a specified probability. This specified probability is called the level of confidence.
Confidence limits  The end points of the confidence interval.
Level of confidence  The measure of the confidence we have that an interval estimate will include the population parameter.
Point estimate  The statistic, computed from sample information, which is used to estimate the population parameter.
Proportion  The fraction, ratio, or percent indicating the part of the sample or the population having a particular trait of interest.
