Welcome to the Assessment Forum! The links below take you to the two realms of assessment available with your text. The first link, The Essential Managerial Assessment Profile, demonstrates Table 1.3 (p. 18) and the assessments referred to in Toolkit 1.5 of your text as the “gold standards” of assessment, the majority of which are available as a link, except for the Cultural Quotient Scale (CQS), which is available directly from the this website. The second link, part of the McGraw-Hill/Irwin's "Build Your Management Skills" collection, consist of additional assessments that were created and adapted by some of McGraw-Hill’s own management and organizational behavior authors.

All Self Assessments ask you to evaluate your knowledge of your likes and dislikes to help form a clearer picture of how you would act or react given a specific organizational behavior/management situation. The Test Your Knowledge exercises offer additional material and quizzes with feedback on a variety of topics and models, giving you the chance to take them on your own for further study and review. The Test Your Knowledge exercises are additional material not referred to in the textbook, and are here as an additional opportunity for development.
