    • PowerPoint: Contains lecture outline material as well as interesting photos and Web links that you can use in class to enhance discussion. CPS questions are also included to help gauge student comprehension for difficult topics.
    • Instructor's Manual: The IM contains lecture outline material as well as suggested answers to the discussion questions/case questions in the text.
  • Videos (0073198382): The video portion of "You Be the Judge" will be available on VHS. The VHS includes 18 courtroom arguments related to business law cases. Students are given the opportunity to hear the case and access the judge's decision and reasoning.
  • Online Learning Center (OLC) is a Web site that follows the text chapter-by-chapter. The OLC contains chapter quizzes, professional resources, critical thinking questions, business law in the news links, research tips, and much more. OLCs can be delivered multiple ways -- professors and students can access them directly through the textbook Web site, through PageOut, or within a course management system (i.e. WebCT, Blackboard, TopClass, or eCollege.) (www.mhhe.com/mallor13e)
  • PageOut is McGraw-Hill's unique point-and-click course Web site tool, enabling you to create a full-featured, professional quality course Web site without knowing HTML coding. With PageOut you can post your syllabus online, assign McGraw-Hill Online Learning Center or eBook content, add links to important off-site resources, and maintain student results in the online grade book. You can send class announcements, copy your course site to share with colleagues, and upload original files. PageOut is free for every McGraw-Hill/Irwin user and, if you're short on time, we even have a team ready to help you create your site!
  • You can customize this text. McGraw-Hill/Primis Online's digital database offers you the flexibility to customize your course including material from the largest online collection of textbooks, readings, and cases. Primis leads the way in customized eBooks with hundreds of titles available at prices that save your students over 20% off bookstore prices. Additional information is available at 800-228-0634.
  • McGraw-Hill's EZ Test is a flexible and easy-to-use electronic testing program. The program allows instructors to create tests from book specific items. It accommodates a wide range of question types and instructors may add their own questions. Multiple versions of the test can be created and any test can be exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard or PageOut. EZ Test Online is a new service and gives you a place to easily administer your EZ Test created exams and quizzes online. The program is available for Windows and Macintosh environments.
  • Classroom Performance System (CPS): Don’t forget about the benefits of using CPS in a Business Law course. This is a great way to pause and gauge student understanding of difficult concepts. It's also a great way to bring in discussion questions or get classroom opinions on cases in the news, etc.
Student Supplements:
  • Student Study Guide (0073198358): Make every topic stick with this comprehensive student workbook designed for use alongside the text! New for this edition, the study guide has been revised and expanded so that each chapter includes a thorough list of learning hints, a robust key concept outline, and additional self-assessment questions for each chapter. Since answers are available for instructors to use in grading or give out at their discretion, you can assign study guide work for credit or give it as a self-check assignment.
  • Student DVD (0073270644): All 18 segments of the You be the Judge DVD are included with each new book. This DVD allows you to watch courtroom arguments for business law cases. The cases are hypothetical, but based on actual cases in our texts. There is an actual judge presiding (unscripted) in the case segments. These interactive videos give students the opportunity to hear the case and then make their decision. After that, they can access the judge's decision and reasoning. Students are able to disagree with the judge, and "state their case" at the end of each scenario.
  • BusinessWeek Edition: Your students can subscribe to BusinessWeek for a specially priced rate of $8.25 in addition to the price of the text. Students will receive a pass code card shrink-wrapped with their new text. The card directs students to a Web site where they enter the code and then gain access to BusinessWeek's registration page to enter address information and set up their subscription. Students can now choose from receiving their subscription in print copy or digital format. To learn more about this option, please contact your sales representative.
  • Wall Street Journal Edition: Your students can subscribe to the Wall Street Journal for 15 weeks at a specially priced rate of $20.00 in addition to the price of the text. Students will receive a "How To Use the WSJ" handbook plus a subscription card shrink-wrapped with their new text. The subscription also gives students access to www.wsj.com.
