Activity 1: Locate your state's statutes at www.law.cornell.edu/uniform/ucc.html. Did your state adopt the UCC's 2-207? Print out the state statute and compare the language with the UCC version.

Activity 3: Locate a contract that has a liquidated damages clause (hint: cell phone contracts, movie rental companies, and rental agreements commonly contain such provisions.) Is this provision enforceable under the UCC? Consult www.law.cornell.edu/uniform/ucc.html.

Activity 6: Locate a case of products liability. Brief it. What are the advantages of a system holding parties liable even if they are not at fault? What are the disadvantages?
